3800B
3800B High-temperature Forging Release Agent is an outstanding high-temperature forging release agent and boron nitride release agent, designed to completely replace ordinary graphite emulsion release agents. It features a milky white appearance and neutral fluid properties, combining excellent anti-sticking and lubricating capabilities. It can withstand extreme temperatures up to 1200°C and remains inert when in contact with molten metals—including titanium alloys—and glass melts, making it highly suitable for a wide range of applications such as gravity casting, low-pressure casting, ceramic, and glass processing.

a) Unmatched Lubrication Performance
In contrast to traditional graphite lubricants, 3800B shows remarkable stability and superiority in extreme conditions like high temperature (up to 1200°C), high speed, and high load.
For example, in a high-speed forging process of titanium alloy components, 3800B ensures smooth operation without any sticking or seizure issues, while graphite lubricants may fail to provide consistent lubrication.
Also, graphite starts to oxidize at 454°C, leading to rapid consumption and damaged lubricating film, while 3800B maintains excellent lubrication.
b) Universal Metal Compatibility
Unlike graphite that is only suitable for specific metal surfaces like steel, copper, and aluminum, 3800B can be used on all metal surfaces. In the production of complex-shaped aluminum alloy automotive parts, it allows for easy release and precise shaping, and it also performs equally well when applied to stainless steel or other alloy forging processes, providing broader application possibilities.
c) Extended Mold Lifespan
Significantly reduces mold wear and the time required for mold cleaning, as it effectively protects the mold surface from abrasion and corrosion.
d) Superior Insulation Property
When manufacturing electronic components with high-temperature processes, this product can act as a reliable insulator, protecting components from electrical interference and ensuring the stability of the electrical performance.
e) Eco-friendly and Safe
It is completely non-polluting, harmless to humans, and odorless. In contrast, graphite emulsion may cause mold surface oxidation and release graphite powder and volatile substances, polluting the environment and posing risks to workers.
