a)       Printing Industry

Specially designed for the printing industry, can quickly remove stubborn ink and stains from rubber rollers, ink fountain, printing plates, PS plates, rubber blankets and mechanical tools. It is suitable for the daily maintenance of various ink printing machines, helping to improve the cleaning efficiency of the equipment and extend the service life of key components.

a)       When using 5352, you can use the undiluted solution or add water according to the cleaning requirements (1:1 - 2), shake or stir it until it becomes a white emulsion, and then it can be used.

b)       First, clean the ink fountain thoroughly. Then, evenly sprinkle 5352 on the ink fountain and ink roller. Finally, install the ink scraper (do not tighten the ink scraper at first).

c)       Start the machine (at a higher speed), then sprinkle an appropriate amount of 5352 on the ink roller. Spray once every half a minute, approximately 2 to 3 times.

d)       Wait for the printing press to run for 1 to 2 minutes before tightening the ink scraper.

e)       After tightening the ink scraper, if the ink roller and other parts of the machine are in good condition, the ink on the ink roller will be scraped clean in about 1 to 2 minutes.

f)        For those with poor contact of some ink rollers or faulty scrapers, spray an appropriate amount of 5352 on the areas that have not been cleaned thoroughly until they are clean

g)       After the ink roller is scraped clean, if a lighter color is needed, sprinkle a small amount of clean water and run it for several seconds. Once the water on the ink roller dries, the cleaning can be stopped.

h)       For self-cleaning printing machines, it is recommended to operate with the original solution in accordance with the requirements of the automatic cleaning device.

i)        When used to clean the PS plate or blanket, you can use a sponge to absorb this product and directly wipe the plate or blanket.

k)       Storage: The storage period is two years. It cannot be stored outdoors and protected from direct sunlight and rain.
